At Romafay, we embrace that each diamond is unique, and we strive to maintain a controlled and minimal variance in the tolerance of the carat total weight of our unique, sustainably created diamonds. This tolerance refers to the minimum and maximum total weight of all the diamonds in a piece of jewelry. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
YES! Any single diamond that is of 1CT and/or above will be accompanied by a certificate issued by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
The IGI Certificate is a diamond report issued by The International Gemological Institute. The International Gemological Institute (IGI) is a globally recognized and reputable diamond laboratory that employs a team of expert gemologists that determine through thorough examination the quality of each diamond, and compile an IGI lab grown diamond grading report accurately detailing the diamond grading, including its "4 Cs"- cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
Every piece ordered from our Romafay collection is carefully wrapped with the utmost care for both safe delivery and premier unboxing experience. Every handcrafted piece of jewelry is nestled safely into a custom jewelry box, accompanied with a jewelry pouch in addition to a cleaning/polishing cloth for easy storage. Your order is then placed inside a shipping box to ensure safe and discrete delivery.
YES! Our standard and discreet premium Romafay packaging is ideal for gifting, however, we also offer our valued clients the option to include gift cards and personalized messages during the ordering process.
YES! Our digital gift cards have no expiration date and can be used towards any item listed on the website. Please note gift cards are non-refundable.
YES! Most Romafay rings can be engraved, space is limited to 10 characters or initials. You may refer to our individual product pages for more information. For additional inquiries please reach out to our customer service representatives at support@romafay.com
We understand the thrill of a new piece and we always strive for quality and sustainability. At Romafay, every exquisite creation is made to order with meticulous attention to detail, using eco-conscious practices. Our commitment to craftsmanship means delivery timelines may take 3 to 4 weeks, but the wait is worth it. You'll receive a stunning piece that meets your expectations and Romafay's quality standards!
We offer a multitude of payment options for your convenience, including all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer a financial installment payment plan with Shop Pay.
Yes. The shipping address can be changed up until a tracking number has been assigned. After which, unfortunately for security and insurance purposes, the address can no longer be changed.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Because the entire Romafay collection is custom made to order, we are unable to guarantee any cancellations past the 24-hour period. Please reach out to our customer service team at support@romafay.com for assistance.
Here at Romafay, we certainly understand the excitement of receiving your jewelry soon after your order is placed. While we cannot guarantee expedited shipping dates, our customer service team will do their best to accommodate your requests.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
While we are confident you will love your jewelry, our commitment to you extends beyond delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a complimentary 15-day return policy from the delivery date of your order, for a full refund or gift card (United States orders only). To return an item, you can refer to the steps listed below or visit our Return Policy page here for more details.
* Please note we are unable to provide returns for international orders due to the duties and taxes that are imposed during importation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
1- Login to your account and request a return, or contact our Customer Service department at support@romafay.com.
2- If your item is eligible* for return, we will email you a prepaid, fully insured mailing label and instructions on how to safely and securely package your item(s).
3- Simply take your order and the label to the nearest chosen carrier location (as specified on your mailing label) and mail it back to us.
* Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: For items to be eligible for returns, they need to be unworn, undamaged and in an unused condition. Engraved items and/or items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted. Items need to be returned in their original packaging accompanied by all the original documentation and certificates where applicable.
Items can be exchanged within 21 days of delivery for a gift card with the value of the full purchase amount (United States orders only). Our digital gift cards have no expiration date and can be used towards any item listed on our website. Please note gift cards are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may opt to return your item within our 15-day return policy and place a new order.

Step 1: Choose one of the three options below to start the return process:
Online Account: Login to your account, and request a return.
Order Search: If you placed your order as a guest, click here and follow the steps.
Contact us: Contact our Customer Service department at support@romafay.com.
Step 2: We will email you a Return Merchandize Authorization slip and a prepaid, fully insured Mailing Label.
Step 3: Enclose your Romafay jewelry inside the original Romafay jewelry box.
Step 4: Place the Romafay jewelry box, the original documentation, the certificates where applicable, and the Return Merchandize Authorization slip inside a shipping box. You can use the original shipping box that your item was sent in, or request a shipping box from your shipping courier.
Step 5: Seal the shipping box, print the Mailing Label and attach it outside the box. For security purposes, please refrain from writing "diamonds" or "jewelry" anywhere on the package.
Step 6: Drop your package off at your nearest chosen shipping carrier location (as specified on your Mailing Label).
Step 7: Obtain a receipt from your shipping carrier, and make sure you don't lose the receipt as this will be proof that your packaged was shipped.
* Please note: For items to be eligible for returns, they need to be unworn, undamaged and in an unused condition. Engraved items and/or items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted. Items need to be returned in their original packaging accompanied by all the original documentation and certificates where applicable.
Any Romafay items that are not in their original condition, have been worn or have been altered in any way and/or are showing signs of wear are not eligible for return. For secure transportation and delivery, items must be returned in their original packaging accompanied by all the original documentation and certificates where applicable.
Items which are not eligible for return include the following:
- Orders outside the 15-day return policy
- Engraved Itemts
- Items that show signs of wear or alteration
Unfortunately, engraved items are not eligible for return.
After we receive your returned item, it undergoes an inspection process through our Quality Control Team to verify the condition of the returned item and ensure it meets our return policy. This process might take up to 7 business days depending on the returned item(s).
Please allow for up to one month billing cycle for issued refunds to appear in your account.

1- If you don't know your wrist size, follow the steps below:
Measure My Own Wrist
Step 1 - Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist with your palm open and facing up.
Step 2 - Note down the measurement of your wrist
Step 3 - Use the Bracelet Size Conversion Chart to match the bracelet size corresponding to your wrist size. For a looser fit we recommend going up half a size.

JEWELRY CARE
Your jewelry is dear and near to your heart and deserves the right care. Following the simple guide below will help you preserve it for years to come.
Even though all Romafay jewelry is made of 14k solid gold and lab grown diamonds which do not tarnish, daily wear and exposure to air pollution can dull their surface and brilliance. Occasional cleaning is recommended.
A simple method to clean your Romafay jewelry is to create a little cleaning solution mix using 1tsp of mild dishwashing soap in 1 cup of warm water. Dip your jewelry in the mix for a few minutes, then scrub gently with a soft bristle brush. Rinse with clean water and use a soft cloth to dry.
As standard with all fine jewelry, avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive surfaces, and wearing your jewelry during impactful activities, as they can cause precious metals to bend and your lab grown diamonds to come loose.
For daily upkeep, you may use your Romafay polish cloth.
When not worn, your Romafay jewelry should be stored in a dry, safe place, away from daily exposures such as dirt and dust. Ensure your pieces are stored separately with sufficient distancing between them to avoid scratches and other damage.
Avoid tugging at your jewelry with your fingers, as this might cause it to tangle even further or even break. Instead, place your tangled piece on a flat surface and use pointed tools to help loosen the knots, such as toothpicks, needles or safety pins - avoid using metal pliers or similar tools as this will cause indentations on your jewelry. Insert one of the pointers in the center of the knot and use the other to gently loosen the chain from the knot outwards. You may need to repeat the process a few times to completely untangle the item. If you are still having trouble untangling, you can use a drop of baby oil to help loosen the knot slightly.

For security purposes, we only offer deliveries to physical addresses and a signature is required upon receipt.
Yes, always. We provide full insurance on all shipments, regardless of the order amount or destination. Your signature is also required upon delivery as an additional insurance measure.
Romafay's insurance coverage is a door to door service. Your order is insured the entire time the package is in route, and ends when the package is accepted & signed for upon delivery.
On the rare occasion that your shipped package is lost in transit, please report it to Romafay at support@romafay.com within 7 days from receiving your tracking number. We will immediately reach out to you with options.
Simply login to your account to view the latest update on your order.You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number once it has been shipped.
When a package is shipped internationally (outside the United States), it may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, handling fees, and/or other fees imposed by your destination country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs and be delivered to you. Please be advised that Romafay does not collect custom taxes and/or fees on your behalf. Your local customs office will be able to help you obtain any information regarding your country's custom policies and charges.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Romafay designs and curates specific collections and does not offer custom designs.

We offer a one-time free resizing on most rings except eternity rings (United States orders only). Resizing requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery of the order. Rings can be resized to a maximum of 1 size only.
To initiate the resizing process, please email us at support@romafay.com with your order number, your resizing request, and your shipping address, and our team will provide you with the next steps.

We offer repairs on a case-by-case basis (United States orders only). We will always do our best to keep the repair costs low, and will get your approval on all fees before proceeding with any repairs. At Romafay we stand behind our creations. All our jewelry and lab grown diamonds are manufactured to the highest standards, using the highest quality materials. Each item goes through a thorough quality control process and is carefully inspected prior to shipment. We warrant that all jewelry we sell will be free from any manufacturing defects.
To show you that we mean it, we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all our customers on any purchase made. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the purchase date.
What does our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty cover:
- Defects and errors in the original product design
- Defects in workmanship
- Errors in metal used such as type and color
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and will be excluded from our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:
- Product loss or theft.
- Damages such as scratches caused from general wear and tear.
- Loss of stones caused by impactful activities, trauma, or from everyday wear.
- Discoloration of metals overtime due to improper care such as using harsh chemicals, immersion in hot tubs, or improper cleaning.
- Prongs thinning or bending over time due to everyday wear, causing stones to fall out.
Service done by a jeweler other than Romafay, including, but not limited to, resizing, repairs, alterations, and metal color change will void the warranty.
