Return Policy

While we are confident you will love your jewelry, our commitment to you extends beyond delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a complimentary 15-day return policy from the delivery date of your order, for a full refund or gift card (United States orders only).

 

* Please note we are unable to provide returns for international orders due to the duties and taxes that are imposed during importation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Exceptions To Our Return Policy

For items to be eligible for returns, they need to be unworn, undamaged and in an unused condition. Engraved items and/or items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted. Items need to be returned in their original packaging accompanied by all the original documentation and certificates where applicable. 

 

To start a return, you can Login to your account and request a return, or contact our Customer Service department at support@romafay.com.

 

If your item is eligible for return, we will email you a prepaid, fully insured mailing label and instructions on how to safely and securely package your item(s).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Simply take your order and the label to the nearest chosen carrier location (as specified on your mailing label) and mail it back to us.

 

Exchange Policy

Items can be exchanged within 21 days of delivery for a gift card with the value of the full purchase amount (United States orders only). Our digital gift cards have no expiration date and can be used towards any item listed on our website. Please note gift cards are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may opt to return your item within our 15-day return policy and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, it undergoes an inspection process through our Quality Control Team to verify the condition of the returned item and ensure it meets our return policy. This process might take up to 7 business days depending on the returned item(s).

 

Please allow for up to one month billing cycle for issued refunds to appear in your account.
